Energy bills are high and getting higher because global conflicts are pushing up the cost of fossil fuels, as well as causing human suffering. This spreadsheet identifies the neighbourhoods in England where high energy consumption coincides with low-incomes, in what we are calling energy crisis hotspots. The data is provided by local authority, parliamentary constituency, and English region.
