Friends of the Earth response to DfT's Decarbonising Transport consultation

A revolution is needed in the thinking of the Department for Transport's if they are going to deliver on the climate change emergency. The Decarbonising Transport consultation is perhaps an early sign that change is on its way. Our response identifies what change is needed.
